- Grind the floor using our specialty floor grinding equipment and vacuums with hepa filters. This is to remove any old coatings, oil stains, imperfections, etc. in the floor.
- Shotblast to clean and give a profile of a CSP 3 (concrete surface profile) to allow for better adhesion and bond strength between the epoxy and concrete.
- Crack repair. We cut out the cracks using diamond v-notch blades and use an epoxy crack filler for the repair.
- Skim coat the floor depending on how pitted it is.
- Install: We then install the epoxy system with a primer, base coat with a broadcast of paint flakes and the topcoat using a polyaspartic (UV and chemical resistance, easy to clean/low maintenance)
- Instead of paint flakes we also install Quartz, wood, Mica, Glitter, Pigment, etc.
- We are certified in all most all epoxy flooring systems. Sika, Master builders, Lab Surfaces, Chem Tech, Tremco, Sherwin Williams, Dulux etc.
- Job sizes anywhere from 100 sq/ft to 100,000 sq/ft
